Many of our products feature handmade embroidery, embellishments, crystals, beads, mirrors, and other handcrafted details. Because of the handmade nature of these products, minor variations may occur and are considered part of the unique character of the item.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process and deliver your order.
An order is considered confirmed once the applicable payment or order confirmation requirements have been completed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product availability issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or inaccurate customer information.
4. SEPARATELY SOLD ITEMS
Some products may include shirts, trousers, dupattas, slips, or other pieces that are sold separately.
Please carefully review the product description and available options before placing your order.
5. EXTRA / CUSTOM WORK
If you would like to request additional or customized work on a dress, suit, shirt, dupatta, or any other item beyond the standard design shown in the product description, additional charges will apply.
Extra work starts from Rs. 15,000.
The final price for extra work may be higher than Rs. 15,000 depending on the type, amount, materials, detailing, embroidery, embellishments, or customization requested.
Extra work or customization will only be carried out after the additional charges have been confirmed and approved by the customer.
6. CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
Customized or specially requested items may differ from the original product design based on the customer's requested changes.
Once customized work has been approved and started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details and measurements where required.
7. PRICING
All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
Any additional charges for customization, extra work, alterations, or separately requested items will be communicated before the work is carried out.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe provided.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Ahsila Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers may request a return within 10 days of receiving their order. Return requests made after the 10-day period will not be accepted.
Customized items or items with additional work may have different return eligibility. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
